Delete your GoNorth account

You can delete your GoNorth account, and the website and data that go with it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the GoNorth app

1. Open the GoNorth app and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and website, then confirm.

By email

Email hello@gonorthsystems.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my GoNorth account”. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your website goes offline right away.
• Within 30 days we delete your account, your business details, your website, and the requests, notes, photos, quotes and appointments stored for your business.
• Connected services are disconnected and their stored tokens deleted, including Google Calendar, and push notification tokens for your devices are removed.

We keep only records we are required to keep by law, such as billing and tax records, for as long as the law requires. Paid subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store are managed by that store; cancel them there so you aren't charged again.
