• Technical basics: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type) to operate the site.
• Advertising analytics:we use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads work (page views and actions like submitting a form or booking a call). See "Cookies" below.
• Site usage analytics: we keep our own anonymous, aggregate record of how the site is used (page views and actions like starting the workflow audit or opening chat). This uses a random identifier stored in your browser and does not include your name, email, or IP address.

Service Providers

We use a small number of processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (processing chat assistant messages), Cal.com (call scheduling), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage for functional preferences, your light/dark theme choice and whether you have already seen our exit offer, and a random anonymous identifier for our own aggregate site-usage analytics. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising; Meta's use of this data is described in Meta's privacy policy. You can opt out of ads personalization at Facebook ad preferences or limit tracking with your browser's settings and extensions.

Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep inquiry and lead information only as long as needed to work with you. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@gonorthsystems.com.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
